Return & Refund Policy

• Custom Orders: All custom-made and bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be modified or canceled once production begins.

• Defects & Damage: Returns are accepted only for verified structural manufacturing defects or transit damage. Please inspect your item upon receipt and report any issues to bahoointerior@gmail.com within 24 hours.

• Pre-Production Cancellations: Approved cancellations made before production starts are subject to a 3% processing fee.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed back to the original mode of payment within 5 to 6 working days (up to 10–45 days depending on your bank).

• Dimension Responsibility: Customers must verify room and doorway dimensions prior to ordering. Items that do not fit into the delivery space are non-refundable.
