To qualify for a successful return and full refund, items must be returned in their original, showroom-ready state. The item must be:
Unopened & Unpacked: Completely sealed in its original factory packaging.
Uninstalled: Items that have been assembled, built, or installed are no longer eligible for a return.
Resalable Condition: The item and its packaging must be free of any damage, wear, or markings.
🔍 Quality Inspection: Every returned item undergoes a strict evaluation by our warehouse team. We reserve the right to approve or reject a return request based on the physical condition of the product and its original packaging upon inspection.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For strict hygiene and public health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on select items once they have been unsealed, opened, or removed from their original wrapping.
This policy strictly applies to:
Bedding & Sleep Products: Pillows, bedsheets, comforters, duvets, and duvet covers.
Bath Textile Collections: Towels, bathrobes, and bath sets.
If these items are still completely sealed in their original, unopened factory packaging, they may be returned within the standard 14-day window.
