These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites (bahoofurniture.com and bahoointerior.com) as well as the purchase of custom-made furniture (including customized sofas, bespoke beds, mattresses) and interior design services provided by Bahoo Interior FZE.

By placing an order, browsing our website, or approving a quotation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or services.

1. General Provisions & Legal Entity

1.1. Ownership: The websites bahoofurniture.com and bahoointerior.com are fully owned and operated by Bahoo Interior FZE, a registered legal entity operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

1.2. Eligibility: By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian under UAE law.

1.3. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective immediately upon publication on our websites.

2. Custom Manufacturing & Order Sizing

2.1. Bespoke Products: All furniture items offered by Bahoo Interior are custom-made to order according to client specifications or standard catalog items.

2.2. Custom Sizing Availability: While we display standard sizes on our website, customers can request custom dimensions if standard sizes do not fit their requirements.

2.3. Dimensions Tolerance & Finish Variations:

  • Size Tolerance: Due to the handcrafted nature of custom upholstery and woodworking, a size tolerance of $\pm 2\text{ cm}$ on final physical dimensions is considered standard and acceptable under manufacturing guidelines.

  • Fabric & Color Batches: Color swatches and digital render previews are for guidance only. Minor shade variations may occur between fabric dye batches, leather lots, or wood grain patterns.

3. Pricing & Taxes

3.1. Currency: All prices quoted on our website, quotes, and invoices are net prices in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.

3.2. Taxes: Bahoo Interior FZE is currently not registered for UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) and does not collect VAT on sales. In the event of future VAT registration under UAE tax regulations, applicable tax rates will be communicated prior to invoice generation.

3.3. Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and authorized payment gateways.

3.4. Full Payment Required: Orders enter our processing queue only after full payment or the agreed deposit is received.

4. 12-Hour Cancellation Window

4.1. Cancellation Window: You have 12 hours from the exact time of order placement and payment to cancel your order for a full refund.

4.2. No Cancellation After Production Starts: Once the 12-hour grace period has elapsed, production begins. Orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded after production has commenced.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

5.1. No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our furniture, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference changes, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

5.2. Structural & Manufacturing Issue Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with any structural or build issue, Bahoo Interior will repair and fix the issue free of charge.

5.3. Reporting Issue: Manufacturing or structural defects must be reported in writing to bahoointerior@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos showing the issue.

6. Delivery Timelines & Building Access

6.1. Delivery Timelines:

  • Dubai: Delivered within 6 to 7 working days from the order date.

  • Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): Delivered within 7 to 8 working days from the order date.

6.2. Delivery Delay Notification: In the event of unexpected production or transit delays, Bahoo Interior will directly notify the customer with updated delivery estimates.

6.3. Customer Access Responsibility:

  • It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that ordered items (large sofa frames, headboards, mattresses) can physically fit through building entryways, elevators, stairwells, corridors, and doorways.

  • If an item cannot enter the premises due to space limitations, Bahoo Interior FZE is not liable, and the order cannot be returned or refunded. Any required hoisting equipment (cranes) will be at the customer's expense.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on bahoofurniture.com and bahoointerior.com—including text, website design, product photographs, CGI models, logos, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Bahoo Interior FZE and protected under UAE copyright laws.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of your order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the United Arab Emirates.
